By continuing to browse the website and place orders you are agreeing to accept these Terms. We, therefore, recommend that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms you should not use or access this website.
These Terms may change at any time so we recommend that you visit and review these pages on a regular basis. If you continue to use the website following changes, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to them. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the website. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Placing an order
You warrant that all details you provide to roundaboutchildrenswear.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment for the product(s) ordered.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the event of a product being unavailable, incorrectly priced or described, we reserve the right not to accept your order. In this event, Roundabout will make every effort to notify you by telephone and/or email and to discuss possible solutions. Roundabout does not accept any liability resulting from this.
We will not despatch products to the address of an entity or individual providing freight forwarding services.
If you prefer, we can take orders and card payments over the phone. Please call us on 01243 389495. When ordering by phone you may pay by cheque, however, the product(s) will not be despatched until the payment has cleared.
After placing an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered. This is an acknowledgment only; no contract for the sale of goods will exist between you and Roundabout until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email. This email will contain all the details of the product(s) ordered and payment – it is essential that you check the accuracy of this information and contact us as soon as possible if there are any mistakes.
When placing an order you will have the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. You agree that the information you provide will not be misleading and is true and accurate in all respects and you will notify us of any changes to that information. We may provide you with and ask you to use identifications and passwords to access the My Account section of the website (“Secure Access”).
You will be responsible for ensuring that such Secure Access is kept secure and confidential at all times. Please inform us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of the Secure Access. In this event it may be necessary for us to suspend your access to the website whilst we take remedial action. This will be without liability to you. You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
Please note that it is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid payment card to place an order.
Please note that prolonged inactivity may cause your connection to the website to fail and you may lose your selection of goods. In this case you will need to re-enter your selection. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. This is important to understand because our items have limited availability.
Before you submit your order you will have the opportunity to check your selections, the total price and make any changes.
We have made every effort to provide accurate product images. Variations in the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view the website may mean that the colours of fabrics and the designs of the products displayed on the website may differ in appearance in minor respects from the products delivered. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour differences between the image and the actual product.
Please note that occasionally, due to the nature of dyeing processes, there may be slight variations in colour shades between garments. Roundabout accepts no responsibility for this as it is an inherent part of manufacturing processes.
All prices on the website are for the products only. They do not include shipping costs, customs duties or taxes. If there are additional export/import duties you will be responsible for payment. We suggest you check before placing your order. You are also responsible for ensuring that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. See ‘Delivery’ for more information on shipping costs.
We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is correct. Occasionally, however, an error may occur and products may be mispriced. In the event that the correct price is lower than the advertised one, we will send the products and charge the lower price. If the product’s correct price is higher we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice but changes will not apply if you have received an acknowledgement of your order.
The total cost of your purchase will be the price for the products plus shipping. There is free delivery for orders totalling £50 or more to be despatched to a single address within the UK.
Roundabout accepts the following methods of payment:
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Roundabout reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used belongs to you and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. You further confirm that the credit/debit card is valid and the inputted payment details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders and payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing your payment in accordance with your order.
Please note that all orders are charged in sterling, therefore, your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges and the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer. Roundabout has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.
Roundabout will endeavour to despatch product(s) within 3 working days of receipt of the order and full payment. Orders to be delivered to UK and Eire will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st class. This takes 1 to 2 working days in the UK, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 5 to 7 working days for the Rest of the World. Larger parcels will be despatched using Parcelforce or Parcelforce Worldwide. Delivery charges are as follows:
- UK & ROI less than £50: £3.95

- Rest of World: £11.95 (upto 500g, larger parcels will incur an extra charge)
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. If you provide us with the wrong delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing with 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion governmental actions and any other similar events.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellations and Returns should be sent to Roundabout Childrenswear, PO Box 131 Emsworth PO10 9DG.
If you have not submitted an order, you may clear the item from your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.
In order to qualify for a full refund, the products must be returned unused and in their original condition and must have the item tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything Roundabout reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted and will, therefore, be sent back to the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please complete and enclose the Returns Form attached to your Delivery Note. You should keep the Delivery Note until you have received your refund.
On receipt of a return, we will process your refund within 14 days of the date of receipt. Refunds will only be credited using the original purchaser’s method of payment. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method with 7 to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Fluctuations in currency exchange may mean the amount refunded will be higher or lower than the original price paid. Where you have paid any import duties or taxes, Roundabout shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties.
The cancellations and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Under applicable distance selling legislation or under statutory consumer protection laws you may have the right to cancel orders for items purchased from Roundabout at any time up to 14 days from the date of the order. If you need to cancel your order, please telephone as soon as possible after placing your order and we will let you know if the order has already been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you should return the products. In the case of a cancellation you will receive a full refund plus the standard cost of postage and packing, if applicable, within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us.
We will accept the return of goods up to 90 days from the date you receive them, for any reason and we will offer you a full refund or you may exchange them. The cost of returning products will be at your expense unless the return is as a result of an error made by us.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us on 01243 389495 or enter the details on the Returns Form. We will refund any difference in price between your item and a cheaper one or take payment for the difference if it is more expensive. We reserve the right to charge postage and packing on the new order.
