We will accept the return of goods up to 90 days from the date you receive them, for any reason and we will offer you a full refund or you may exchange them. The cost of returning products will be at your expense unless the return is as a result of an error made by us.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please call Jo on 01243 389495 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund any difference in price between your item and a cheaper one or take payment for the difference if it is more expensive. We will also send out your replacement item free of charge.
In order to qualify for a full refund, the products must be returned unused and in their original condition and must have the item tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything Roundabout reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted and will, therefore, be sent back to the customer.
On receipt of a return, we will process your refund within 14 days of the date of receipt. Refunds will only be credited using the original purchaser’s method of payment. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method with 7 to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Fluctuations in currency exchange may mean the amount refunded will be higher or lower than the original price paid. Where you have paid any import duties or taxes, Roundabout shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
